Q: Do my employees get a certificate after completing this course?
A: Yes. A personalized certificate is automatically made available to each user after successful completion of the course.
Q: Will I be able to track my employees’ progress through the training system?
A: Yes. As a “teacher” in the system, you will receive instructions via email on how to view grades in the system and pull certificates for your “students” (your employees who take the course).
Q: If my employees can’t get through the entire course in one sitting, can they take the course in stages?
A: Yes. All courses offer users the chance to resume where they left off each time they log in.
Q: Once the course is completed, will my employees be able to access this content in the future?
A: Access is limited to 90-days. Users can access the course(s) as many times as needed during the 90-day period.
